SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most SCVHAIR orders require around 5 business days for fulfillment before they are shipped. Fulfillment time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.

Our Ready-to-Ship Hair is already prepared and will ship the same or next business day after your order is placed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) — $9.99

Express Shipping (1-2 business days) — $17.99

Please note that selecting Express Shipping does not shorten the fulfillment period unless your order contains Ready-to-Ship Hair.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of SCVHAIR's control.

SCVHAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
