RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. we do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.

We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days from when you received your package. when emailing, please send us your order number, details of the product, and a picture/video of the defect.

SCVHAIR is not responsible for any defects that occurred during the shipping or delivery of your package. for any questions regarding such, please contact the delivery courier.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be given back in the form of store credit. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Once approved, you may be eligible for store credit only. Store credit will not be issued for items that have been worn, washed, colored, chemically processed, altered, or otherwise used.

 

No cash or original form of payment refunds will be provided. store credit is valid for all future scvhair purchases and does not expire.

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
